By purchasing from Nammatt, you agree to the following:

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started

• Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Items damaged due to misuse, heat exposure, or improper care are not covered.

• Products are not water resistant unless it’s waterproofed. Best use with dry, artificial plants or as a statement piece.
  Water damage is not covered for non–waterproof products.

• Waterproof versions, where clearly specified, are designed to withstand water exposure when used as intended.

• Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by couriers or external factors are out of our control.

• All designs, models, and content are the intellectual property of Nammatt and may not be copied or resold.

• Our products are decorative unless stated otherwise; Nammatt is not liable for improper use.
